Furon UPRP Precision Pressure Regulators from Saint-Gobain are engineered to accurately maintain predetermined output pressures in fluid lines utilizing a pneumatic actuator. The pressure regulator with a 1-inch orifice is designed for precise delivery of aggressive pure chemicals and DI water applications that eliminate squealing and chatter at all flow rates. The wetted flow path is made of 100% virgin PTFE/Fluoroloy-T® and suitable for use in semiconductor and chemical process industries.
