Furon® UPRP Precision Pressure Regulator - Manual 1/4 inch Orifice

High Purity Valve

Furon UPRP Precision Pressure Regulators with a 1/4-Inch Orifice from Saint-Gobain uses a manual actuator to precisely control downstream fluid pressures. A large sensing dome allows for a 1:1 ratio between the pilot air pressure and the desired output pressure. The unique diaphragm design assures the pressure regulators will not chatter at the lower end of the pressure range settings. The wetted flow path is 100% PTFE/PFA, 100% metal-free and elastomer-free, making these pressure regulators an ideal choice for Semiconductor applications, and other applications requiring high purity and/or superior chemical resistance.
