Furon® UPRP Precision Pressure Regulator - Pneumatic 1/4 Inch Orifice

High Purity Valve

Furon UPRP Precision Pressure Regulators with a 1/4-Inch orifice from Saint-Gobain maintain downstream pressure to a predetermined level utilizing a pneumatic actuator. They are designed for applications that require precise delivery of aggressive, pure chemicals and DI water. These pressure regulators eliminate squealing and chatter at all flow rates and are made with 100% virgin PTFE/Fluoroloy-T® wetted flow path – making them ideal for semiconductor manufacturing and chemical process applications.
