Furon® Aspirator

Compact Solution for Chemical Siphoning
Furon Aspirators from Saint-Gobain are an economical option for siphoning chemicals from a process vessel. Using a gas on our air actuated aspirator creates a suction effect, allowing chemicals to be smoothly siphoned from the vessel. Using liquid such as DI water as driving media and applying water at a pressure of 10 PSI (0.7 bar) or more creates the suction effect. The chemical is then diluted by water as it is siphoned through the aspirator. A specific dilution ratio may be targeted by a ratio siphon disk inserted at the siphon point, which makes Furon Aspirators a reliable and economical means of diluting concentrated chemicals in wet process applications or disposing of spent chemicals.
