Back Pressure Regulator Valves
High-purity Furon UPBM Manual Pressure Regulators from Saint-Gobain are engineered to accurately maintain predetermined input pressures (back pressure) in fluid lines utilizing a manual actuator. By adjusting the pilot air pressure, the end-user can control the desired fluid input pressure. Furon manual pressure regulators contain no exposed metallic parts and are constructed from 100% high-purity PFA and PTFE wetted parts. A modified PTFE isolation diaphragm protects the actuator components from the process media. The Furon UPBM manual regulator is designed for precise delivery of aggressive, pure chemicals and DI water applications that require elimination of squealing and chatter at all flow rates and suitable for use in the semiconductor industry, or any other applications requiring high purity and/or high chemical resistance.
