Personal data you give to us: this is information about you that you give to us, entirely voluntarily, by entering information via:

• corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. 

Personal data we collect about you: First name, Surname, Company, Title, Region, Email address and Phone Number, and enquiry details.  

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We retain your data for a period of 30 days, this period is specified at the time the information is collected. If your inquiry becomes a project, we retain your data for a period of time necessary to achieve the purpose for which we use that information and to fulfil our obligations under other laws.

We do not retain personal data in an identifiable format for longer than is necessary.

• The service provider of the sales prospect management tool
• The relevant personnel of the SAINT GOBAIN PERFORMANCE PLASTICS entity located in the geographical area from which your request originates.

Your data will be processed by or transferred to the entity of SAINT-GOBAIN PERFORMANCE PLASTICS located in:

• Korea when the application is used in Korea
• China when the application is used in China
• Taiwan when the application is used in Taiwan
• India when the application is used in India
• South-East Asia when the application is used in South-East Asia
• The United States when the application is used in the United States
• France when the application is used is Europe and anywhere else
