Announces Key Supplier Arrangement with SCP Global Technologies
GARDEN GROVE, CA - July10, 2003 - Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics
Microelectronics Business announced today a partnership with
industry leader SCP Global Technologies, Inc. (SCP). Saint-Gobain's
initial focus will be to concentrate on the development of SCP's
new precision surface preparation system.
In addition to supporting SCP's new product development program,
Saint-Gobain will also support the development of SCP's E200© and
Eclipse300T tools' second-generation plumbing modules. Both the
E200© and the Eclipse 300T are world-class surface preparation
tools used in the processing of semiconductor wafers.
Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Project Manager Ken Stone
