Despite the unfavorable economy surrounding the IC industry, SEMICON Japan 2002 was extremely active with 1,427 exhibitors from 25 countries, sharing 4,015 booths. We greatly appreciate your unchanging support for SEMICON Japan.

Our survey shows more visitors reaffirm SEMICON Japan is the venue to exchange technical views and information, as well as an ideal spot to learn world trends and latest IC technology. SEMICON Japan 2003 will feature the MEMS / NEMS (Nano Electro Mechanical System) Pavilion.
