The Furon® UPRP 1" Precision Regulator maintains downstream pressure to a predetermined set pressure utilizing a pneumatic actuator. The UPRP 1" regulator is designed for precise delivery of aggressive pure chemicals and DI water applications requiring virtually elimination squealing and chatter at all flow rates. Made of all virgin PTFE/Fluoroloy® T wetted flow path, the precision regulator is suitable for use in semiconductor, pharmaceutical and chemical process industries.
