The High Purity Systems business unit of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics' is a world class leader in high-performance fluid handling solutions for transfer of ultra-pure fluids and corrosive chemicals, sold under the Furon® and AstiPure™ brands. We also specialize in custom fluoropolymer and engineering grade plastic solutions for extreme requirements. We strive to solve the most difficult application needs.
Headquartered in Garden Grove, California, the High Purity Systems business also has manufacturing facilities in Charnay, France. The Garden Grove site is a state-of-the-art 182,000 square foot facility is designed to provide superior engineered solutions. We have in-house injection molding, compression molding, hot molding, precision CNC machining, assembly and test, and extrusion capabilities that enable us to deliver exceptionally high-quality products in a reduced period of time.
Our assembly area consists of Class 100 and Class 10,000 clean room areas to provide second-to-none product purity. Our extraordinary range of molding capabilities allows us to convert raw resin into near net components, thus reducing material and manufacturing time while optimizing costs. We can produce small to large geometries, with low residual stresses and enhanced mechanical properties to ensure optimum product performance. All of our production - including our machine shop - is conducted in a "build-clean" process environment.
